Are you a fan of flying high above the ground on a zipline? Imagine soaring among the redwoods- providing a bird’s eye view of the tallest living things in the world!  Add in the ability to cross sky bridges, rappel from high heights, and navigate suspension bridges way above the forest floor and you will have a total rush of excitement!

Zipline- Sequoia National Park and Surrounding Areas

For those specifically seeking adventure among giant sequoias or redwoods, commercial zipline parks in other parts of California are the closest options. There are no zipline tours within Sequoia National Park itself. If you are visiting Sequoia National Park, you’ll find plenty of hiking and nature experiences, but ziplining will require travel to other destinations in California.

Regardless, if you’re looking for an exhilarating outdoor adventure, ziplining through the majestic redwood forests of California is a must-try experience.  There are options within the same type of ecosystem as Sequoia National Park that will be just as majestic.  Mount Hermon, Sonoma Zipline Adventures, or Yosemite Ziplines and Adventure Ranch are three locations that offer unique courses amongst the tree and an unforgettable experience.

We tried to pack all possible locations that our adventure-seeking followers would want to try into one post!  Here are some of the top zipline destinations, complete with details on places, prices, requirements, addresses, and hours of operation.

As with most of our blogs, we supply a Google Map that includes these destinations and more so you can get a feel for the area. Check it out here and use the map to your adventure planning advantage. Zoom in, look around and get excited about your travel destination!
